At ShopZaza, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
